What we can make

A part for your project.

Custom plastic parts for home, hobby, shop, and small-business projects.

Replacement parts

Knobs, covers, clips, and other components that are broken, missing, or difficult to find.

Brackets & mounts

Adapters, holders, organizers, and mounting solutions made around your dimensions.

Prototypes & test fits

Physical parts to check size, clearances, and assembly before moving forward with a design.

Small batches

Multiple copies of a part for a project, workshop, or product. Quantity is included in your quote.

Material options

Choose for the job, not just the color.

Tell us where the part will be used and what it needs to handle. That helps narrow down a suitable material.

PLA

Models & indoor projects

A starting point for display pieces, test fits, and indoor parts without significant heat exposure.

PETG

Everyday functional parts

An option for brackets, holders, and other parts that need to stand up to regular handling.

ASA

Outdoor applications

An option for projects exposed to sunlight and weather, with suitability reviewed for the intended use.

Material and color availability are confirmed with your quote. Heat, load, fit, and exposure requirements should be discussed before printing.

Need a model first?

Start with what you have.

Design and preparation can be quoted alongside printing. You do not need to book each service separately.

CAD modeling turns your sketch, dimensions, or idea into a new design.

Reverse engineering recreates an existing part as CAD when the original design files are unavailable.

3D scanning can help capture complex shapes. A scan may still need cleanup or modeling before printing; not every part needs to be scanned.

Before you order

Common questions.

Can I order just one part?

Yes. One-off parts and individual prototypes are welcome. You do not need a production-sized order to request a quote.

How is the price determined?

Price depends on the part’s size, geometry, material, quantity, and printing requirements. Any modeling, scanning, or file preparation is identified separately in the quote.

Will the part be smooth and strong enough?

Printed parts can have visible layer lines and support marks. Strength and fit depend on the material, geometry, and print orientation. Tell us about any critical loads, temperatures, or mating dimensions; not every application is suitable for a printed plastic part.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the design work, printing time, material availability, and current workload. Include any deadline in your request so it can be considered before the project is scheduled.

Do I need to be in Southern Oregon?

No. File-based projects can be handled remotely, and finished parts can be shipped. Local pickup or delivery can be arranged in Southern Oregon. Contact us before mailing a sample so shipping and return arrangements can be confirmed.

Tell us about your project

What do you need printed?

Send your file or photos, approximate dimensions, quantity, and how the part will be used. Include your location and any deadline.
